Committed to pastors and congregations worldwide, the Vital Vision Resourcing Team employ their expertise in ministry leadership in a thorough system of pastoral and congregational coaching designed to inspire, enhance, and develop vision within the local congregation. “The purpose of VVR is to walk alongside leadership and congregations, providing training and resources to help them clarify vital vision for life and ministry.” VVR is a 501(c)(3) non-profit religious organization recognized by the IRS, and all contributions are tax-deductible as allowable by law.
Resource Development and Training For Pastors/Leaders
Specialized resources are always under development and are written by the Vital Vision Resourcing team with the international church in mind. The VVR Team trains leaders in the skilled use of the VVR resources and certifies these leaders to train their own corp of leaders in their respective countries.
One-on-One Coaching/Training
The VVR team understands the vulnerability of pastors and provides sensitive and caring one-on-one coaching with the pastor and/or leaders of a local congregation. Therefore, its Pastoral and Congregational Development conducted via electronic training venues utilizes the resourcing, coaching, and teaching of the VVR team to make a powerful impact through dynamic interaction with pastors and congregations at pivotal points in Europe, Asia, Central America, and Africa.
